NÚMERO TEMÁTICO REVISTA CHILENA DE DERECHO PRIVADO “CONSTITUCIÓN Y DERECHO PRIVADO”.

CO-EDITORES: FUNDACIÓN FERNANDO FUEYO LANERI, UNIVERSIDAD DIEGO PORTALES Y O’NEILL INSTITUTE FOR NATIONAL AND GLOBAL HEALTH, FACULTAD DE DERECHO DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DE GEORGETOWN.

La Revista Chilena de Derecho Privado extiende una invitación a la comunidad académica, para que envíen sus contribuciones a un número temático, dedicado a explorar áreas de derecho privado que pudieren incidir en la discusión del próximo proceso constituyente que se desarrollará en Chile.

Esta edición tiene como objetivo reflejar la incidencia recíproca entre ambas ramas del derecho y sus posibles efectos en las distintas fórmulas por las que opte el organismo encargado de redactar la nueva Constitución. Asimismo, se espera que esta publicación pueda servir de insumo para el debido estudio de los integrantes de la Convención Constituyente y Secretaría Técnica en estas materias, así como para los futuros aportes que deberán realizar los legisladores en la creación o modificación de normas de rango legal que deban adaptarse a la Constitución Política que resulte del proceso.

THEMED EDITION: REVISTA CHILENA DE DERECHO PRIVADO (CHILEAN JOURNAL OF PRIVATE LAW) “CONSTITUTION AND PRIVATE LAW”

CO-EDITORS: FUNDACIÓN FERNANDO FUEYO LANERI, DIEGO PORTALES UNIVERSITY AND THE O’NEILL INSTITUTE FOR NATIONAL AND GLOBAL HEALTH, GEORGETOWN UNIVERSITY LAW CENTER.

The Revista Chilena de Derecho Privado invites members of the academic community to contribute to its themed edition, dedicated to exploring areas of private law that could influence the discussion of the next constitutional process that will take place in Chile.

This themed edition aims to reflect the reciprocal influence between both branches of law and their possible effects on the different formulas chosen by the body responsible for drafting the new Constitution. Likewise, the hope is that this publication can serve as input for the upcoming study to be done by the members of the Constituent Convention and Technical Secretariat on the topic, as well as for the future contributions that legislators must make in the creation or modification of legal norms that will have to be adapted to the Constitution that results from the process.
